Put all the vegetables in a bowl. Mix the medical olive oil, lemon, honey, and pomegranate concentrate in a big mug. Poor this delicious, and functional sauce on the salad and mix everything together.

Nutritional Tip

The health effects of pomegranate fruit and its extracts have been studied in relation to a variety of chronic diseases. Promising results against cardiovascular disease, diabetes and prostate cancer have been reported from clinical trials in humans. The in vitro antioxidant activity of pomegranate is due to its high content of polyphenols, namely punicalagin, punic acid, lactic acid. These compounds are metabolized during digestion to ellagic acid and urolithins, indicating that the bioactive compounds that provide in vivo antioxidant activity may not be the same as those present throughout the food. Also anthocyanins and phenols of olive oil can also play an important role and health effects, as their anti-inflammatory and in vitro anti-cancer effects are well studied.
