At OF DREAMS & KNOWLEDGE®, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products and services. In the event that a product purchased on our online store does not meet expectations due to actual defects or proven lack of agreed capacity resulting from our fault, the following policies apply:


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accompanying documents.
  2. The product must be preserved under proper storage conditions:
    • Supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item.
  4. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

2. Return Process and Addresses

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Care:
    • Visit the Contact Us page to notify our team of the issue. Include details about the defect and any supporting documentation, such as photos.
  2. Obtain Return Authorization:
    • Our team will review your request and provide authorization if it meets our return criteria.
  3. Prepare the Item for Return:
    • Securely package the item with all accompanying documents and proof of purchase.
  4. Return to the Closest Warehouse:
    • Rest of the World: OF DREAMS & KNOWLEDGE, Patras Science Park, Stadiou Str., Rio-Platani, 26504, Patras, Greece.
    • For Asia: OF DREAMS & KNOWLEDGE Asia, 30 Boon Teck Road, 329601, Singapore.

The collection of the product will be handled only by our partner carrier and exclusively from the delivery address provided at the time of order placement.

Note: If any of the above conditions are not met, your request cannot be fulfilled, and the product will not be collected by our company.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement for the refund.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank if the refund isn’t posted after several days.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at info@ofdreamsandknowledge.com for assistance.

Note:

  • Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds do not include original or return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item:

  1. Email us at info@ofdreamsandknowledge.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
  2. Follow the return process outlined above to send back the defective product.

5. Shipping Costs and Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


6. Handling Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during delivery:

  1. Notify us within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
  2. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and provide tracking and proof of delivery details.

Important Notes:

  • Our responsibility ends once the package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is secure and accessible for deliveries.
  • If the carrier confirms delivery but the package is missing, we encourage customers to escalate the issue directly with the carrier.

How to File a Claim with FedEx:

  • Visit FedEx Tracking and click “Missing Package” to initiate a claim.
  • Share the carrier’s response with us for further support if needed.

7. Best Practices for Secure Delivery

To avoid delivery issues, we recommend the following:

  • Provide an address where someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours.
  • Use tracking services to monitor delivery progress.
  • Choose secure delivery options, such as requiring a signature or pickup at a designated location, if available.
